I would suggest you watched a video about IPAs, beard oil or other yuppie “manliness” topics, but Rigid is too good for that market.

Damn, that cuts deep. I make beer as a hobby and use beard oil (well, technically beard balm) daily. Granted I don’t frequent YouTube for either of those topics, but still. Ouch.

Well, I did watch a couple of videos on Bridgeport and Millport mills with Crusader II CNC packages... but it wasn’t on this machine. I did do a couple of grainger searches and some other tool research, though.

Do you also wear tight jeans and horn rimmed glasses? If so, it may be too late to save you :p

I see nothing wrong with maintaining a happy healthy beard.

I don’t like tight jeans, they feel too constricting on my man-bits. And the only glasses I wear are sunglasses, generally either Spy or Oakley.
Hopefully I’m safe from the wrath of the anti-hipster!

Beardruff is happily a thing of the past for me!

That is the worst. Sometimes I get it still, but a little bit of boars hair brush action and a beard shampoo and it’s all good.

It took about a week of using the balm daily to clear mine up. Sometimes in the winter, I will have to also use a little bit of jojoba oil too. I don’t get too involved in upkeep, as I tend to keep it trimmed fairly short (keeping up appearances at work and whatnot).

I haven’t tried a balm yet, I use oil normally. I tend to get it worse in the summer actually, I think due to more sweat.

I like the balms because they do give a little bit of extra hold to keep stray hairs from going wonky. I generally go for the Grave Before Shave products, but most of the balms out there all seem to have the same basic ingredients. GBS has a wide variety of scents though (most are fairly mild), if you’re into that sort of thing.
The oil does seem to do better for controlling dry skin though, if needed.
